College House offers outstanding residential, conference, function and sporting facilities. Available Mid November through to the start of February. Providing great accommodation for small or large groups.
Located within walking distance to the University of Canterbury. Located just a 5 minute walk from the Bush Inn shops and New World supermarket and less than a 15 minute drive to many different sporting locations including Hagley Park, Burnside Park and Te Puna Wai sporting complex.

Accommodation
College House are the experts in accommodation and catering for groups up to 150 people, during the summer months of mid November to the end of January. All accommodation includes single rooms with shared bathroom facilities.
Newly renovated, comfortable warm single rooms
Shared bathrooms (1 bathroom for each floor of 5 rooms)
King single bed with all linen, bedding and towels provided
Rooms are spread across 11 houses, so each team/group can have their own space
Accommodation includes the use of wireless internet, and use of facilities including the common room and laundry facilities
Catering
Group Meals - we are the experts.
Our highly experienced catering team has a reputation for providing exceptional food. They provide a range of menus for all group types, events, budgets and are able to cater for any special dietary requirements.
We encourage you to chat directly with us so we can tailor the best package possible for your group. Affordable packages are available on request for complete meal packages when accommodation is booked.

“We had the pleasure of organising and hosting the 2023 ANZTLA Conference at College House and from planning through to completion, it was an outstanding experience. The Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and ensured every detail was seamlessly executed.
