Stuart Batty of Rotary New Zealand World Community Service (RNZWCS) met with the House recently at formal dining. Stuart spoke to students and recent leavers about volunteering in Tanzania.

Stuart Batty PicVolunteerism is a well-known facet of College House life, with weekly volunteering trips with the Salvation Army and Cholmondeley Children's home. The RNZWCS provides sustainable support for vulnerable communities, focusing on relieving poverty, hunger and sickness, as well as emergency assistance with war and natural disasters. Many of the students were very interested to contribute to such a worthy cause, and take Stuart up on his call to get involved.
